Listen to Anna’s Song here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEjaFAZBfEk Though there are only a few verses dedicated to the life of Anna we do know some amazing things about her. She is faithful through trials. She is a thankful prayer warrior, serving God day and night in the temple. Her life stands in stark contrast to the only other named New Testament woman prophet; Jezebel. While Anna is committed to fasting and denying her flesh, Jezebel teaches “Gods servants” to eat things sacrificed to idols. While Anna commits her life to serve God after her husband's death, Jezebel teaches “Gods servants to commit sexual immorality. The story of Mary of Bethany is unique in the gospels. What she did in anointing Yeshua is the only time someone is told that what they did would be remembered and retold in the whole world.
